Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Please note that we do not offer returns for change of mind.

Eligible for Return

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong product delivered

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products with broken seal or opened packaging
  • Used or partially used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Change of mind returns

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product
  • Refund Method: Amount will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately upon receiving a damaged or incorrect order
  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and proof of damage (photos/videos)
  3. We'll arrange a pickup or provide return instructions
  4. Pack the product securely in original packaging
  5. Refund or replacement will be processed after quality check

Payment Policy

Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment gateway.
